Presenter Instructions
Papers
These are the instructions for presenting papers at ASQED. All of the presentation rooms will be equipped with a projector, microphone, and a PC. Please bring a USB drive containing your presentation in either PDF or MS PP format. If you prefer bring a laptop with you with your presentation already loaded.
All presenters are asked to go to their session’s room 10-15 minutes before their oral session starts, and report to the session chair. Your paper will be allocated a 20 minute presentation slot (ideally 17 minutes presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A). It is very important that presenters keep to their time-slots to avoid any cascading delays in the conference schedule.
For each paper, at least one author must attend the conference and present that paper. Otherwise the paper will be removed from the IEEE Digital Library.

Posters
These are the instructions for presenting poster papers at ASQED. Posters will be presented in dedicated poster session. You can refer to the detail program to find out when exactly your session is on.
For each paper, at least one author must attend the conference and present that paper. Otherwise the paper will be removed from the IEEE Digital Library.
