This paper provides summaries of existing interface technologies and technical trends. The display signal interface techniques are rapidly improved with the high-resolution and large-size characteristics. The field of display interface techniques extends to meet the subdivision and the purpose of the display system. The signal swing of a display interface is decreased and the data rate is increased. For FPD(flat panel display), three interface schemes of inter-module interface, intra-panel interface and mobile interface have existed according to the physical location of interface system.
